1. Jakarta is a true mega-city. Take a few minutes to map out where the JIS Cilandak Campus is in relation to your location. Give yourself a generous amount of time to travel so you'll feel relaxed when you arrive.

2. Make your appointment for a time between 8am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. This will help you avoid peak traffic hours as well as the student rush at the beginning and end of school days.

3. Forward your vehicle details to the Admissions Office at least one working day prior to your visit so we can arrange security clearance and supply a parking pass for you at the gate. Details can be sent by phone or email and should include: a) Driver's name, b) Car plate number, c) Names of visitors as they appear on your personal photo ID.

Note: Other than approved private vehicles, only Silverbird and Blue Bird Taxis are allowed on campus for set appointments.

4. Bring photo ID. Upon arrival, each visitor in your party must offer identification at the main gate in exchange for a visitor's badge. Please reclaim ID at the end of your visit. 

5. When asked, please confirm that you are on campus for an Admissions Appointment so our office can be notified.
