Hello Alumni,

To ensure the health and safety of our community, please take a few minutes to fill out and submit a Campus COVID Access Waiver form in relation to COVID-19. You will need to have this form completed to access the campus facilities.

Also please know that campus facilities will be available for use from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. You also must have your JIS Alumni ID to access campus. There will be no campus access on Red Letter Days (Indonesian Holidays). If you do not have one, you may request one here. 

To access campus, you will need to do the following:

1. Show your JIS issued ID card
2. Show proof of vaccination: physical card, Pedulilindungi App, or digital copy (for those over 12)
3. Show proof of completion of the Campus Access COVID waiver
4. Sign in and out of campus

Anyone under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times.
