Campus Life
JIS is more than an international school; we’re a community.
From our students and faculty to our parents and alumni, the Naga Nation is large, inclusive, supportive, kind, and full of life-long learners. We're all connected by little things that make the JIS experience special, like UN Days, community service projects, international school trips, and the PTA Family Fun Fair.
When you join JIS, you join a place full of activities and opportunities.
A world-class education and vast social opportunities are only a part of the JIS experience. We also help think about the details. We provide options for bus transportation to and from school and each campus has a highly trained Nurse's Office to make sure students have access to their basic health and safety needs.
Parents are also encouraged to take advantage of the green, open spaces of our campus, surrounded by century-old tropical trees and blooming flowers. We typically see parents on campus throughout the week catching up over coffee, using the track or swimming pool after school, or playing in a weekend morning basketball, cricket, or football game. People also join clubs and organizations for adults through JIS Academy and Community Sports. Often, it's parents that have the most fun being on campus!
