Alumni Campus Facilities Access
We welcome JIS Alumni living locally (or frequently visiting) to register for our Local Alumni ID program. You can complete the application for your Local Alumni ID card which gives you and your family access to a host of campus facilities.
Alumni Access Hours:

Weekday access is from 3 PM to 9:30 PM.

Weekend access is from 8 AM to 6 PM.

Please be aware that if JIS is on a school break, the campus remains accessible every day from 8 AM to 6 PM.

On Public holidays all campuses are closed.

During school hours all alumni must register to visit campus (including holders of Local Alumni ID Cards) and must be accompanied during the campus visit.Your can arrange your campus visit through our Alumni Services Form.
Visit requests submitted on the day of your visit cannot be accommodated and no visits are possible.
Please note that as a community committed to Child Safeguarding we expect all Alumni to abide by our JIS Access Code of Conduct.
Outdoor Facilities
Enjoy using the playgrounds, the fields, the running track, and the Cilandak pool, or just enjoy a picnic lunch on campus.
You can also use our indoor High School Training Room with running machines, weights, and other equipment without booking (within the hours listed above).

As an esteemed JIS Alum, you have the unique privilege to make use of our libraries's resources! The wealth of knowledge within its walls is yours to access, whether you're exploring educational materials, seeking pleasure in reading, or simply nurturing your lifelong learning journey.

PIE: Monday to Friday 2-3:15 PM
PEL:Monday to Friday 2-3:15 PM
MS: Monday to Friday 3-5 PM
HS: Monday to Friday 3-5 PM and Saturday 9 AM-12 PM

PIE: Monday to Friday 7:30-11:30 AM and 12:30 - 3:15 PM
PEL: Monday to Friday 7:30-11:30 AM and 12:30 - 3:15 PM
MS: Monday to Friday 8-3 PM
