Parent Volunteer Organizations
When you choose a school for your children, you are really choosing a community. For parents and students alike, JIS is where strong friendships are built and countless memories are made. Here, parent engagement takes many forms.
Parents can get involved through specific parent organizations at Jakarta Intercultural School, such as volunteering in school-wide events, coordinating banquets to help the athletics department, taking new parents on a city tour, or being a point of contact for parents in a homeroom class.
Parents are also encouraged to be present at school, partake in one of our many parent-run events, support a home game, or enjoy one of the many student concerts and performances.
