Alumni Visit Request

Alumni Visit Information

Alumni are welcome to visit campus and we ask that you follow these regulations to ensure a smooth experience for all.

If you live locally you can apply for a Local Alumni ID to access the campus outside of school hours (15.00-18.00 Mon - Fri and 06.00-18.00 at weekends. No campus access on National Holidays). Please register through the Alumni Portal.

We are a community committed to the safeguarding of our students and we ask for your cooperation to help us respect this commitment. Our security team will not be able to admit Alumni unless you have a Local Alumni ID (outside of school hours) or have an approved appointment with a School Faculty member or the Alumni Team.

  • Monday to Friday: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Visit requests submitted on the day of your visit cannot be accommodated.

  • Weekends: Please submit your request by Friday at 14.00 at the latest to facilitate the necessary arrangements with our security team.

  • Visits during school hours will be accompanied.

Once we have processed your visit request, you will receive an email notification with your visit details confirmed.
